NXP IMX8M Mini LPDDR4 DRAM Calibration

Hi Everyone,

I would like to ask a simple question. I did a DRAM calibration to the LPDDR4 DRAM on my custom designed imx8m mini board and when I checked the GUI log I didn't see any 'point0@1500MHz' text at the time of stress test. Can you check the file and tell me if there is any problem? I have attached the log file for your reference.

This is defined on RPA file to generate the script, please verify if point0@1500MHz is included.

Yes, I think the script includes point0@1500MHz but sorry I am very new to DRAM calibration. I have attached the script I used for your reference.

Your script seems to be ok and also you are passing the test, I do not see any issues.

These set points are defined on RPA file:

Those the values should remain as are and should not be modified. In these cases, the settings are provided for completeness.
