Layout suggestion for PF100

Hi Team 

As  per  application notes  AN4717  pin no 48 of  PF100  is  GND  reference it should  be  keep away from high switching GND  reference  path   

But in layout  file  it is  connected  to GND  EP. Should  i caonnect this with GND  EP  or  connect to GND plane 

through separate via.
