LCD INTERFACE WITH IMX6 SABRE

Hi Everyone,

We are planning to use "BD070LIC1 – 7″ 1280×800 Display" with Touchscreen for our project.

The connectors in the LCD + Touchscreen is not compatible with our host board, So we have decided to use a intermediate connector board.

Details of the host board :

• Freescale i.MX6 Sabre SDP
• Android 5.0.1

Please find attached schematics, Can anyone please make sure the LCD will work with Sabre SDP. Also recommend if any other 7" LVDS LCD is compatible for our host board.

The solution you consider seems to be the working one. You then have to adjust the screen resolution parameters in display driver and correctly handle the touchscreen by I2C interface.
