IMX7D needs Pull down resistors on UART TX and RX?

I am using RS232 on UART pins. I'd like to make sure the MCIMX7D5EVM10SD needs external pull down on these pins  (e.g, UART1_TXD) or the internal pull down is enough?

in general they are not needed.

If there is special need, internal pull down is enough.
