IMX53 reset question

Hi,

I have 2 question regarding the reset operation of the IMX53. In the datasheet on page 150, there are stated config values (e.g. 100 KΩ PU) for all the pins in "out of reset condition". Do these config values take effect when reset is applied, or after reset is released? Also, are all the internal pull ups and pull downs (described in table 112, pg. 150 of datasheet) active on device reset as well as device startup? Thanks
