How to flash Linux BSP Image into SD Card on Windows Machine

I'm working on i.MX 8M Mini EVK.

1] How to flash Linux BSP Image into SD Card usind dd command on Windows Machine  [ I don't want to use uuu utility ].

Please help as soon as possible.
