no output from PMIC imx8

when i check the NVCC_SNVS_1V8 and the VDD_SNVS_0V8 without the imx8 main i see the voltage

but when i put the main back i see no voltage on the outputs and the imx8 dont power up .

any idea what can go wrong ?

im working with bootmode 10
