How to add RTC(ds1307) in i.mx25 Linux kernel 2.6.31 ?

Dear All,

I am using i.mx25 processor for our application.I am using Linux 2.6.31 with freescale BSP for i.mx25. we require RTC for our application.

Any one tel me what are changes involved in kernel 2.631 to add RTC(Ds1307) and work it up.

Please refer to section 26.5 "Programming Interface" of attached Linux manual regarding to supported RTC API functions for i.MX25 processor.
