Effect of i.MX5x Linux BSP patch.

Hi community,

I have a question about i.MX5x Linux BSP (L2.6.35_xx).

Our partner found the following patch, and they want to know the effect of the patch.

linux-2.6-imx.git - Freescale i.MX Linux Tree

I checked the patch, and understood the patch changes L1 cache line size.

So I think there is no bad effect by the patch and improve data transfer efficiency.

Is my understanding correct?
