ETM Data Tracing

Hi,

Can anyone help me to find out the NXP products that support ETM (memory) data tracing? Currently, I find i.MX53QSB has such a function. Meanwhile, I demand the products (or the development boards) can run IoT firmware or Linux system or Android system.

some i.mx development boards allow for etm :

Evalboard with i.mx6 and ETM/PTM connector
