Disabling JTAG on IMX7d

Hi

I'm trying to disable JTAG on an IMX7d. IMX7DSSRM refers to eFuse SJC_DISABLE, but I can't seem to find which OCOTP fuse this is. Is there release note or some such similar to AN4686 for the IMX7d?

Table 6-19 in ref. manual shows that it is bit 21 at 0x470 fuse address. Looking at OCOTP chapter, that would be OTP Bank 1, Word 3 (OCOTP_BOOT_CFG0).
