Configuration of LPDDR

Hi,

NXP,

  I'm using i.MX8M Mini EVK board which is very new for me. I want to know which are the things required to change the SIZE of the LPDDR4. And how to configure the LPDDR. Below the tool i'm using.

1. I'm using DDR_MSCALE_tool_V_3.20

2. RPA for register configuration V18.

But i want to change the RAM from 2GB to 1GB.

I want to know to generate the .ds file.

for different memory size recommended to run DDR Test (and use RPA tool) on below
