Boot i.MX8M with DDR4

Hi,Sir:

We are debugging i.MX8M with DDR4, and passed the DDR Stress Test in attached.But i.MX8M is still in resetting  when checking the  log as below.

From the log, I guess that: just fix the config of DDR4, not the FW of DDR4, then download the FW of LPDDR4 after reset.  So how to fix the FW of LPDDR4 with DDR4? 

And checking the DDR Tool User guide, not only copy the DDR4_timing to board/freescale/imx8mq_evk/ ,

but also need to copy the FW of DDR4 to image ,but how to compile?

MSCALE_DDR_Tool_User_Guide  (in the DDR Tool package) describes how to add
support for new memory, in particular section 4.3 (Building u-boot image) explains
how to build all the needed software.
