Reading/writing commands on NTAG213

Hello everyone, I am working on a project to read and write datas on a NTAG213, i am using a customized board which is composed of a DLP RFID2 reader and a CA070 microcontroller. So i am looking for the commands to send to the reader from the CA070 to be able to read and write on the Tag and to secure it. I have already looked on the datasheet but i just can't seem to understand what to used and what to do exactly. so help please!
