Code to initialize the DRAM controller for LPDDR2 memory?

Is there code available to initialize the DRAM controller for LPDDR2 memory.  Our design is using the Micron MT42L32M16D1AB-25 device.

Unfortunately we don't have code to share to initialize that type of memory.
