Radar 77Ghz

I am a part of a team of students at the University of South Carolina and we are hoping to design a mobile radar application for the university (range of at least 100m). We've looked at 77Ghz modules that are available. Do you have any suggestions on where to start or what we can use?

I'm hoping we can use the modules shown in the video below. (Qorivva MPC577xK MCU and the MRD3000 multi-channel 77 GHz radar transceiver chipset)

We need to obtain the variables that he mentioned in the video and process them using logic. Are there any educational materials available or places to start?

Starting from scratch is a bit daunting. :smileyconfused:

there is no didactic material for the 77GHz radar suite at this point. I would recommend getting in touch with Damaris Ochoa who is managing the Americas relationships with universitieS. She might be able to put you in touch with a professor locally that can help getting you started.
