DDR Value update to T4160 system

Hi All,

I am using T4160QDS-64b Machine. SDK Version is 2.0 and download SDK (QorIQ Linux SDK v2.0 SOURCE.iso ) from  the following link,

U-boot image also built successfully. Finally, I done the DDR Calibration using Codewarrior IDE.

Now, I struggle in update ddr values in T4160QDS-64b U-boot Source Code.

Please find the attachment of U-boot Source (t4qds) and DDR Values(T4160_v2_0_codewarrior_regs.regs) from Codewarrior IDE for T4160QDS-64b.

How will update DDR Value in U-boot Source to T4160QDS-64b Machine ?
