Disable SPD and use fixed SDRAM for T4240 Machine

I want some configuration in DDR read means disable the SPD and use fixed SDRM for fixed DDR value.

Hi All,

I done the configuration for RAM initialisation by using fixed SDRAM instead of read from SPD (Serial Presence Detect).
