Where did you save the license file? Please place it under \MCU subfolder.
Are you logging on Windows as Administrator, and whether the system time was set on a past date?
In addition, for some products (e.g. Coldfire), only the Professional Edition supports the Kernel-aware Debug for MQX.
For the difference of each Edition, please view the webpage below:

Hallo,
In addition to Fiona ...
Do you have a license issue ?
By default the installation includes an evaluation license file.
This evaluation license is based on the Professional Suite license.
You're using CW for MCU V10.5.
CW for MCU V10.6.4 is the last version and a new patch MCU v10.6.5 has been released 1 month ago.
Depending of your application it could be interesting to move to the last version.
You can access it via the Freescale Web site.
If you purchased a registration, the license for MCU V10.5 is valid for MCU V10.6 too.
What's about MQX ?
MQX must be installed separately and don't require license file.
Have a great day,
Pascal
