My Codewarrior V10.6 license doesn't expire until 26th July 2016, but this morning I was not able to download my executable files to the target board. This was working fine last week.
The product is CodeWarrior Development Suite - Standard Edition, Annual Subscription, Node-locked License
The software is running on Windows 7 professional.
I have tried "returning" the existing license and then generating a new one but the generated License.dat file doesn't seem to be recognised when I start Codewarrior.
When starting Codewarrior the error message I get reads;
Has anyone seen this problem...?
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Problem solved.
The issue was more related to the clock on my PC rather than anything to do with the licence.
