The pressure sensor MPXV7002 has following temperature ranges:

operating: TA +10...+60°C

storage: Tstg -30...+100°C

The pressure sensor MP3V5004 has following temperature ranges:

operating: TA +0...+85°C

storage: Tstg -30...+100°C

What happens if they are operated at -20°C: out of spec? or ruined? or??

Thanks for using our community.

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee the performance of our devices if used out of the recommended conditions shown in the datasheet. Our integrated pressure sensors are temperature compensated in the specified temperature range and they provide a linear response if used within that range.

If you use an integrated pressure sensor at lower temperatures (-40°C to 0°C) the temperature error factor increases significantly, therefore the accuracy would be very poor. I would recommend you to request some samples in our website and evaluate our devices in your specific application.
