mma8451q reading problem

                      hai,any one help me on accelerometer mma8451q,my problem is enabled motion and transient interrupts for to get shock or shake.And fullscale is 8g,and threshold for the interrupt is 4g,but for a small shake i am getting 8g count on X,Y,Z values.whether i didn't understand accelerometer properly i don't know.how can i convert x,y,z count values into with respect to threshold or fullscale,can any one explain this if you understand my problem.

Hi Vanaja,

In section 8 of the application note AN4076 you can find how to stream the 8-bit data from the accelerometer and how to convert these count values into signed decimal fractional in g’s.

In this application note you can find all the basic settings needed in order to get the acceleration data and hoe to manipulate this data.
