Hi, I have to design a device to measure the vibration on the splindle of mechanical machine. I already used the MMA8451 accelerometer to measurement of inclination; for us, could I use it also to measure the vibration? Best regards.
The MMA8451Q might be a good choice, but we need more information such as the frequency of vibration, since vibration sensing is limited by an internal filtering in an accelerometer.
