Reflow oven profile for sensor MPXV5004DP.

Hi, where can i find the tipical reflow oven profile for sensor MPXV5004DP. This information is not in the datasheet. We have a high rate of fails and suspect the part is sensitive to a normal ROHS profil. Thank you

Hi Dario,

Please refer to our AN3150 – “Soldering Recommendations for Pressure Sensor Devices”. The maximum peak temperature during the soldering process should not exceed 245°C for 30 seconds maximum duration as shown on this website.
