Dear support/community,

as mentioned in the datasheet(MM9Z1_638D1), a system calibration should be performed on the system level to remove effects/errors introduced through device configuration, soldering, and external components. The calibration should be performed at ~25°C.

My question is, does the temperature 25°C correspond to room temperature or Tsense chip temperature(ITS).

Thanks!

best regards,

Shaojun

Dear Shaojun,

there is an application note AN12301 describing calibration processes of the MM9Z1 temperature sensor. The calibration should be performed at room temperature ~25°C. If the chip is unused for few hours the room temperature and ITS will be the same.

With Best Regards,

Jozef
