I would recommend you to use a smaller hose inside diameter tube, ~0.5mm less than the sensors outside diameter would work.
If you follow the recommendation mentioned before, you just have to push the tube to the port.
Besides, I would like to recommend the Application Note AN1571 - Digital Blood Pressure Meter.
This application note describes a Digital Blood Pressure Meter concept which uses an integrated pressure sensor, analog signal-conditioning circuitry, microcontroller hardware/software and a liquid crystal display.
