could Multi Link Universal flash data flash to MCU?

I want to use SWD download flash, but my HEX file combines code flash and data flash, when  I use Multi Link Universal FX rev c to flash my hex file, Could data flash be downloaded to MCU? Could I use Multi Link Universal FX rev c to burn my HEX file on the production line? if yes,  What is the burning tool? could you tell me ?

I would recommend contacting PE Micro support since Multilink is their product.

But you should be able to load .hex from S32DS as well:
