S32K3 Linker Files

When I was using the S32K3 chip, I found that there was no linker_ram in the Linker Files folder

Hi @1123HENRY 

I can see that RTD examples does not have RAM target defined for some reasons. But if you create new application project with or without RTD then there are both RAM and flash targets.
