Hello.
I tried Debugging several times on S32DS ARM 2.2 application.
And could not detect the board.
On window - Device Manager, I can find the Port name with OpenSDA. But not allow to use it.
What shall I have to do??

I don't have DEVKIT-MOTORGD board, so just try to program MCSPTE1AK116_PMSM_FOC_2Sh project to S32K116EVB2Q048. I didn't encounter this problem, here is my configuration:
Did the LED D3 light? I want to make sure that the S32K116 is powered.
It is also recommended to refer to the suggestions in https://community.nxp.com/t5/S32K/Error-Launching-code-in-S32DS-v3-4/td-p/1901722.
