ADC initialization for S32K311 microcontroller

Hi,

Is there any delay time required for ADC initialization?

Because, on first ADC conversion, I am observing incorrect ADC values when I am giving a delay of less than 10ms where as when I am giving a delay of 10ms then the ADC values are correct. 

I am facing this issue for Pin PTA10 and PTC5 for above mentioned microcontroller where these were JTAG pin which are configured as GPIO pins

I must admit that I have not tried analog readings on JTAG pins, since we do not have them available in the headers of our EVBs.

Also consider that at least these pins are connected to pull-up resistors for JTAG configuration.
