To view the information in the Peripheral Registry view is necessary to start a debug session. Could you check if you can see the information when debugging any example code?

I tested it with S32DS v3.4 and S32K3XX RTD v2.0.1 and there is no issue. Please instead of using the EmbSys Registers view use the Peripherals Registers view.
Additionally, the S32K3XX RTD v4.0.0 P20 was developed and tested with S32DS v3.5, so, its functionality is not guaranteed in older IDE versions.
