We have one more request of you. Could you please check the following?
In Windows start Explorer, right-click on Computer, choose Manage, click on “Services and Applications”, and choose Services.
Then find both “FlexNet Licensing Service” and “FlexNet Licensing Service 64” and open their “Path to executable”, something like:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Macrovision Shared\FlexNet Publisher\FNPLicensingService.exe"
"C:\Program Files\Common Files\Macrovision Shared\FlexNet Publisher\FNPLicensingService64.exe"
For them check the Details tab.
If either of two is not “Product version 11.13.0.2 build 16702” it would be helpful to know that – is it newer or older version, 32/64-bit or both are different.


This will help us greatly in diagnosing your issue.
