How do I use Jlink to enter attach mode and debug the S32K144?

Dears:

OS: Win10

IDE:  S32 Design Studio for ARM Version 2018.R1

Board: S32K144 chip

Debugger: P&E Multilink Universal &J-Link

Problem:Recently I had a problem debugging the S32K144 with jlink and could not get into attach mode !But I can enter attach mode normally using P&E.

Requirements: Could you please tell me how to use jlink to enter attach mode?

Hi, 

it is similar like PE Micro attach. Here is j-ling configuration for attaching to running target:

With older Segger j-link driver even with attach was performed Reset. If you met this issue - download new driver from Segger's web page. Installer will ask if S32DS should be updated as well.

Hi,jiri:

       I have tried using jlink to get into attach mode, but my S32 design prompts that attach mode is not supported for now. I also follow the method of using jlink to attach mode on the Internet. The procedure is similar to your screenshot. But you can't get in, I'm using PE so it's easy to get into attach mode.

So I was wondering have you successfully used jlink to get into attach mode?

Hi, 

yes, I'm able attach the running target. Try to update j-link driver.
