How can I download my code to the flash?

I want to know which tool I should use to download the program?JTAG?Or others?

My chip is S32R274.

Hi, 

the low cost solution is PE Micro USB Multilink probe and the high end is Lauterbach debugger. Probably the PE Micro is good choice for you and is working okay.

I have saw that the chip have the interface of JTAG,can I use the JTAG to download my code to the flash and debug?

yes - the probes mentioned above are connected via JTAG.
