Failure for OpenSDA interface

I am a new user for S32DS and trying to use S32DS Power and MPC5748G DevKit Board with OpenSDA interface to debug the "hello+pll". However, there was an error that the device could not be found as shown in the following pictrues.

what's more, the version is shown as following:

In addition to this problem, I do not know where to learn the specific operation of debugging. Hope to get help form yours. Thank you!

Hi, 

did you checked out the power? Are all three green LEDs at the end with Ethernet connector ON? If not and you are powering the board from USB - switch the Jumper (there is only one) to position close to ETH connector.
