Dear All,

I want to ask about NXP parts that begin with S9 prefix .

are all automotive qualified according to AEC-Q100 ?!

Dear Ahmeduchi,

 

Since the area of MCUs which starts with "S9" is huge and there are, also, MCUs that are qualified according to AEC-Q100 and part numbers do not begin with "S9". Could you please, specify the area of MCUs you are interested in?

Can you please see attached MCUs which I am interested in to give me the automotive qualified ones to AEC-Q100  .

Hi Ahmed,

 

I have checked your list and I'm focused on 16-bit MCUs (S12(X), MagniV):

The 16-bit MCUs which starts with S9 are automotive qualified. However, it is not easy to check AEC- Q100 certification for all MCUs which you have on the list. In general, all of these parts should be AEC qualified. But if you want to check the AEC-Q100 certification, please, pick just a few of them.

For the MCUs with different areas such as Kinetis and 8-bit from your list, please, create a new request to the related community:
