Support with sample files and libraries for MSCAN and UART

Hello All,

I am very new to Freescale MCU series and I am willing to use it in my products as soon as possible.

I would request to get some support for some very basic questions on the same.

I am using CodeWarrior ide for software Development of my MCU MC9S12XHZ512.

I have already initialized MCU with BAsic I/Os and now would like to go ahead with CAN and UART.

Is there any library available for initializing and functioning of MSCAN directly?

Also if few reading modules ne can suggest would be greatful.

Hi,

I have attached two examples which show use of MSCAN and SCI. These examples are written for S12XDP512 and S12XEP100 but your S12XHZ has the same modules (S12MSCANV3, S12SCIV5).

You can refer to Using MSCAN on the MagniV Family (AN4975), the software of which and UART example are attached.
