May I use internal oscillator in S12ZVCA for CAN bus 250Kbps or 500Kbps?

Aaron,

CAN requires a high accuracy clock source, usually 0.25% for high speed busses.

The internal oscillator is accurate to about +/- 1.3%, so it is not suitable to be used for CAN.

Please use an external crystal.
