Hi,

I`ve got some questions regarding the internal temperature sensor.

Is there a detailed description of the regsiters  B_COMP_ITO, B_COMP_ITG, B_COMP_ETG avialable (e.g. Calculation)?

Are the trim values induvidual calculated for every MCU?

The all about system calibration and how to use the calibration values stored in FLASH for each chip is in AN12301:
