Hi,

this is a question regarding CW 10.4 PA debugging using the apptrk debug server on the target side, actually a t2080rdb.

When I run a CW PA debug session, with apptrk as debug server, the register view is missing special e6500 registers.

In contrast, in a debug session via jtag (CodeWarrior TAP), the Debug Perspective shows all the special registers like regPPC Altivec, e6500 Special Registers, etc.

(see attached screenshots)

Should apptrk show the special e6500 registers ?

best regards

Alois

Hi,

This is true, you cannot see all of the registers with apptrk as you would see with a bareboard application.

This is a limitation of the current implementation.

Catalin
