IN IFC page  have "interposer por cfg" it is no introdue on T1040 reference manual,the pin also call "cfg_rcw_src*" and all pin have res to pull or down,like r809 r810 (cfg_dram_type cfg_elbc_ecc)and so on  can delete?those pin not define in manual, I must reserve the design?

The "interposer por cfg" is not related to any T1040 signal, you can ignore this name given by board designer for signal group. The “cfg_rcw_src*" are mistypes. You can see f.e. that the “cfg_rcw_src2” becomes cfg _eng_use1 (it is correct name) on page 26. The “cfg_elbc_ecc” is obsolete, it does not require for external termination during power-on reset configuration. The”cfg_dram_type” is valid name and described in the reference manual. There is T1040 Family Design Checklist on the nxp site. It is convenient way to check signal termination in this document. If you still doubt then check signal in Table 1. Pinout list by bus of the QorIQ T1040, T1020 Data Sheet.
