I am working with T1042. I want to interface this processor with xilinx spartan 6 FPGA. What is the best possible option?

Typical most commonly used connection type for FPGA is parallel connection to IFC controller.

In addition, Spartan 6 has a number of high-speed interface blocks, for example - PCI-Express.
