Hi,

For MPC886, which kinds of tool can help to program?

I saw "USBTAP_PQ1: USB TAP for PowerQUICC® I" can support MPC885. (USB TAP for PowerQUICC® I|NXP )

Is it also can support MPC886??

Yes, USB TAP for PowerQuicc1 processors may be used for all processors from this family - all MPC8xx parts, including MPC866.
