P5040DS-PB demo board boot flash access using JTAG tool

Hi,

I am using P5040DS-PB demo board. I need to access the boot flash (NOR flash 128MB) using the JTAG tool. What are the registers that need to be configured for proper board initialization , so that using the JTAG tool I can access the boot flash(NOR flash). I have verified the following register configuration - CCSRBAR, TLB, LAW, CS, Flash Part No. and Sector size but no luck.

Please suggest.

Which "JTAG tool" is in question?

The CodeWarrior Flash Programmer could be used to program the P5040DS NOR Flash using attached initialization file.
