        About M4_S32K144_SCST_Library_FaultCoverage_Estimation report,There's an entry in the table called "lookup",in the lookup sheet,Where the indpendent events and mutually-exclusive events data source comes from?

        for example:sheet lookup Column B, row 2:"0.05" ,Column D, row 2"0.0028"

Hello,

note that for SCST we provide Diagnostic Coverage which is estimated, not measured. In general, the input data for this table is a pessimistic estimation which was verified e.g. by engineering expert judgment or by fault injection on previous CST projects.

E.g. 0.05 is probability that fault will be detected by a single test vector.
