Hello everyone,
I have a question/problem regarding the resistance measurement of the NHS3152.
The data sheet advertises a Resolution of 0,83 Ohm at R(min) with the I2D-Range 250uA. The potentiometer I am using is working near the 400Ohm R(min), but I am not even close to 0,83Ohm resolution, even with max I2D conversion time. The steps are more like a couple of hundred.
Does anyone have advise what is necessary to get 0,83Ohm resolution?
