CodeWarrior USB Tap connector pitch

Hi.

I am designing a PCB and I want to include a 14-pin header to connect directly to CodeWarrior USB Tap. I can't seem to find any information regarding the connector pitch. Any help is appreciated.

Hi,

For the 14 pin JTAG pin connector on the PCB which can interface with USBTAP device or multilink universal, the connector is a standard connector, the pitch is 100mil or 2.54mm.

pls select the right male 14 pin connector with 100 mil pitch.
