MATLAB 2018b is only available on 64-bit. The last MATLAB version that had 32-bit was 2015b. If you're planning on running the S12ZVM Toolbox on a newer version (2016b - 2018b) you'll have to install hotfix #2 (available here). We recommend you install all available hotfixes (available on the same link mentioned before).
P.S.: Keep in mind that this is an older toolbox that was released with support for MATLAB versions R2013a - R2015b (both 32bit and 64bit). We're maintaining support for later versions on a best-effort basis, so even though we provide hotfixes to make it usable in later versions, we do not guarantee all the features work as expected. If you're having issues running on a newer version, please post it on the community.
