I run mbd_pnt_ec_toolbox.slx from MBD of MPC5744P(C:\MBDToolbox\mbdtbx_MPC574xP\mbdtbx_pnt\mbdtbx_pnt),But it doesn't work(picture below).

I have attached the installation quick start document - I think you did not run the mbd_pnt_path script. You can read more about this step in the following chapter:

1.2.5 Setting the Path for Model Based Design Toolbox

My advice is to read all the steps above to include the compiler environmental variable, licensing, etc.

Please tell us if you're having issues after going through the steps from the guide.
