Hello Chibi,
Unfortunately, the S32 Debug Probe does not provide support for S32K3, so it cannot be used to program the MR-CANHUBK344.
Programming the MR-CANHUBK344 board can be done using a J-Link Mini. The process of setting up the board, creating a model with MBDT and downloading the program to the board (using the J-Link Mini) is described in this newly written article that focuses on the MR-CANHUBK344: https://community.nxp.com/t5/NXP-Model-Based-Design-Tools/Interacting-with-Digital-Inputs-Outputs-on...

Thank you for the response. Is there a similar documentation available to configure CAN and SPI drivers?

Hello Chibi,
Currently, the article I mentioned is the only one in the series that has been published. Soon, more articles will be published covering more peripherals.
One of them is focused around CAN communication on the MR-CANHUBK344 and it should be available in a few weeks.
Regards,
Robert V
